Warranty Coverage Notice

This warranty policy applies exclusively to products and orders purchased directly from the official Carote® website. Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, other marketplaces, retail stores, or third-party sellers are not covered by this website warranty policy and are subject to the warranty and after-sales policies of the original sales channel.

Carote® Limited Warranty (US Only)

Carote® warrants that products manufactured by Carote® and purchased directly from Carote® or from an authorized Carote® retailer will be free from defects in material, construction, and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 3 years from the original date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty applies only to products used for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with the applicable use, care, and cleaning instructions. This warranty is valid only within the United States.

If you believe your product is defective and may qualify for warranty service, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide your order information, proof of purchase, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.

Once your warranty claim has been reviewed and approved, Carote® may, at its discretion, repair the defective product, replace the defective component, or replace the entire product, depending on the nature of the issue.

If the original product or color is no longer available, Carote® may provide a replacement of comparable function and retail value. Replacement products may differ in color, finish, or minor design details from the original product.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

a. Misuse, abuse, neglect, commercial use, professional use, or any use inconsistent with the product instructions

b. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stains, scuffs, discoloration, fading, minor chips, or other cosmetic changes that do not affect product functionality

c. Improper storage or improper stacking of cookware or accessories

d. Accidents, drops, impact damage, fire, flooding, or other external events

e. Overheating, prolonged exposure to excessive heat, or heating an empty pan for extended periods

f. Thermal shock caused by rapid temperature changes

g. Damage to interior or exterior coatings caused by metal utensils, sharp utensils, abrasive tools, or improper storage

h. Damage caused by scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach, harsh chemicals, or similar cleaning products

i. Non-stick coating deterioration, discoloration, warping, deformation, or separation caused by misuse, overheating, improper cleaning, or failure to follow care instructions

j. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, alterations, or use of incompatible replacement parts

k. Damage caused by failure to follow the recommended Care & Cleaning instructions

l. Replacement of non-defective components when only one component of a multi-piece product is defective

Certain fragile components, including glass or ceramic parts, may be subject to separate warranty conditions depending on the type and cause of damage.

Warranty Coverage

Where applicable:

• Defective handles, lids, and knobs may be replaced during the warranty period.
• Eligible non-stick coating quality issues may qualify for replacement of the affected cookware item.
• If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, Carote® will determine the appropriate warranty solution based on the product condition and available replacement options.

Damage caused by the customer, improper use, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this Limited Warranty.

Eligibility

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser in the United States or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient of the product.

The warranty is non-transferable and requires valid proof of purchase.

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, resellers, liquidation channels, or other sellers not authorized by Carote® are not covered by this warranty.

Carote® reserves the right to use new, refurbished, reconditioned, repaired, or remanufactured products or parts when fulfilling an approved warranty claim, provided that the replacement is comparable in function and performance.

Any replacement product or part will remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carote®'s obligation under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component.

Carote® will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

Carote®'s total liability under this warranty will not exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state.
