Cancel anytime before shipment You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s on the way, we’ll send you the tracking number and carrier info.

Need to update your order? Orders placed on our site are sent to our warehouse at 11:59 PM daily. You can make changes to your items, colors, shipping address, email, or phone before 8:00 AM the next day. After that, FedEx may already be on the way, so updates won’t be possible.

Shipped orders can’t be canceled If you try to stop or intercept a shipment after it’s been picked up, all associated fees will need to be covered.
