When holding the pan, keep your grip within the recommended area of the handle (before the small bump underneath).
After Cooking: Once the pan has cooled, wash by hand using warm, soapy water and a gentle sponge. We recommend skipping the dishwasher, as it can be harsh on ceramic coatings over time.
