Before Cooking: For best results, preheat your pan on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds, then add a little oil or butter. You only need a thin, light coating.

During Cooking: Cooking on low to medium heat helps food cook evenly and keeps the coating performing its best. Hot pans and lids can be tricky—using an oven mitt, towel, or pot holder is a great habit. When holding the pan, keep your grip within the recommended area of the handle (before the small bump underneath).

After Cooking: Once the pan has cooled, wash by hand using warm, soapy water and a gentle sponge. We recommend skipping the dishwasher, as it can be harsh on ceramic coatings over time.
