The items will be shipped to your address from a local warehouse and you will receive the items within several days. We currently ship to US for the orders placed on Carote official website. If your shipment address is not in US, please visit our official stores page and use the E-commerce platforms we work with as seller.
2- Return Policy
We offer 15 days no-reason return policy. In case, you receive the product and are not satisfied, you can ask for return with no reason for 15 days from the date of the delivery and get full refund. Please make sure that you have not used the item in order to enjoy the 15 days no-reason policy.
3- Refund and Warranty PolicyWe offer the refund and warranty policy as follows:
3.1 Within the 15 days after the delivery date
3.1.1 You have received a defected product
In this case, you can ask for full refund or replacement with new product.
3.1.2 The product is not defected but still you intend to get refund
In this case, you can ask for full refund but please make sure that you have not used the item.
3.2 The product which is defected after 15 days from the delivery date
Please note the options below:
3.2.1 For handle and lid of the products, we offer 1-year warranty. Warranty is the defective part replacement with new one and it does not cover the issues related to the damages taken place by the customer. Please refer to cookware care page to follow the instructions before the first use, cleaning etc.
3.2.2 For non-stick coating, we offer 2-year warranty. The warranty covers the whole item replacement with new one and does not cover the issues related to damages taken place by the customer. Please refer to cookware care page to follow the instructions before the first use, cleaning etc.
