Like the pans but customer service not responsive.

I have I set and like it so bought this set of pans as a gift. The gist arrived with one of the handles broken. Tried twice to get customer service to respond. Responded to second response but just that that my email was received nothing to resolve the issue.still waiting to hear from customer service.

Worth the money

I've had the cookware for about 3 weeks now. So far they are great! Nothing is sticking and they require very little oil. I do wish I could get individual pieces, the set I got didn't come with a couple of pieces I'd like to have.
